General Terms & Conditions

  • Only couples and families are allowed; stag entries are strictly not permitted.
  • Advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • All rooms must be vacated as per the resort’s standard check-out time; a full-day charge will apply in case of late check-out.
  • Activities are subject to resort policies.
  • All plan meals will be served in the restaurant only.
  • In case of room service, à la carte rates will be applicable.
  • Buffet or Table d’hôte (TDH) meals will be served based on occupancy.
  • Any change in plan or additional requirements must be informed at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
  • Prices may vary as per changes in your requirements.
  • As per resort policy, 30% of the total amount must be deposited within 48 hours of receiving this email.
  • A 100% deposit is required before the check-in date.
  • Please confirm with the resort before submitting any advance.
  • The above-mentioned rates do not apply during long weekends and wedding sawa dates.
  • All rates are per room, per day, and non-commission-able.
  • Government taxes will be charged as applicable and may vary from time to time.
  • Any change in government taxes will be reflected in the final billing.
  • The resort reserves the right to request company ID or a business card at check-in.
  • If valid proof is not provided, the best available rate for the day may apply.
  • Standard check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • All room reservations will be held until 1800 hrs or two hours after flight arrival time, unless guaranteed by a credit card.
  • All bills must be settled by the guest or host before check-out, by cash or approved credit card.
  • For company billing, prior written instructions on company letterhead, signed by an authorized signatory using the prescribed format, are mandatory.
  • If not received prior to check-out, charges will be billed directly to the guest.
  • Verbal billing instructions are not accepted.
  • Personal or company cheques are not accepted, and third-party billing is not permitted.
  • If extended rates remain unused for six months, the resort reserves the right to revoke the agreement.
  • This agreement supersedes all prior negotiations and represents the entire understanding between parties.
  • Lower promotional rates may be available on our official website; kindly check during booking.
  • If this document is not returned duly filled, signed, and stamped, making a booking implies acceptance of these terms.
  • Specific restrictions apply for Pakistani and Bangladeshi nationals, or other nationalities as defined by the Government of India.
  • Please keep the rates and enclosed documents confidential.
  • Advance payments for room bookings, banquets, or conferences are non-refundable. • Amendments for individual bookings must be informed at least 72 hours before check-in.
  • For residential conferences, weddings, or group bookings, a 20-day advance notice is required to avoid 100% retention charges.
  • Audio-visual equipment will be charged as per the hotel’s AV price list.
  • Professional cameras are not permitted for photography.
  • Single-room bookings are not allowed; only families and couples are permitted.
  • Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
  • Outside liquor and food are strictly prohibited.
  • Extra decorations are chargeable as per resort policies.
  • Bonfires are not allowed in rooms and are permitted only on the lawn.
  • In light of current health advisories, the resort reserves the right to deny check-in to guests with a high temperature and may advise medical attention.
  • Outside visitors are not allowed inside the resort.
